Our History
Connor Construction first began serving clients in New Jersey in 2013, but our history goes back much further. Our founder, Benjamin Connor, has over 20 years of experience in the industry. After working for other construction companies, Connor saw an opportunity to better serve clients across the Mid-Atlantic area. His goal was to provide customized solutions and exceptional service to clients without sacrificing speed or quality.
After completing our first few construction projects, we mastered the design-build process and learned how to dramatically reduce timelines for clients across various industries. Word quickly spread about our company, and we expanded first to the Mid-Atlantic, now the Nation.
We’ve built a client base that has some of the biggest names in retail and manufacturing, including Amazon, the GAP, Banana Republic, Applebee’s, Teriyaki Madness, Domino’s, and more. In the coming years, we plan to expand to even more states and continue to build relationships with clients across the Eastern United States.

These individuals set the Connor Construction standard for attentive service, and our project managers, estimators, and superintendents embody that standard every day. Our leaders have been responsible for our incredible growth, and we’re committed to developing new leaders who can keep expanding our reach.
