Our Subcontractor Selection Process
We only invite the most qualified subcontractors with a proven track to work on our construction projects. To find our partners, we perform extensive research and compile a database of well-rounded contracting teams.
1. Review Pre-Qualification Forms
Every potential subcontractor partner submits a detailed pre-qualification form to our team. We review their responses, check their safety record, call references, and analyze their financial stability.
2. Add Qualified Subcontractors to Our Network
If a subcontractor passes our rigorous pre-qualification process, they are onboarded and added to our database. Each year, we go through the vetting process again to ensure each team still meets our standards.
3. Extend Bid Invitations
Before we begin a new construction project, we carefully select a list of subcontractors from our database based on prior experience. We extend bid invitations and share project specifications using cloud-based project management software.
4. Select Project Partner
