Building on the success of the existing Jimmy John’s, this franchise owner wanted to expand by adding a Baskin Robbins to their location. Connor Construction focused on managing the timeline to minimize revenue loss from closing. By collaborating with the client, we determined that an open remodel would not disrupt operations or delay completion. We began with light plumbing work before installing flooring and equipment. We relocated fountain dispensers to make space for a new ice cream bar with an updated display. After completing interior improvements, we gave the exterior a makeover and remodeled the drive-thru. In just three weeks, the newly expanded and remodeled location was ready for its grand reopening, offering frozen treats to delighted customers.
