Connor Construction coordinated with The North Face construction team to understand their operational priorities during this phased project. The initial phase consisted of a new graphic and lighting package being installed on the sales floor after hours to avoid any disruptions. During the second phase, inventory was moved to a new back-of-house storage area to allow for demolition. We also coordinated the delivery of fixtures with TNF vendors and the store team to ensure safe working areas without compromising material integrity. To finish, barricades were put up to allow for the installation of new security and POS systems at the front of the house. All floor fixtures were assembled, and displays were placed according to the design plans.
